Significant Health Improvements Plus An Anniversary Celebration

I started my keto journey because my triglycerides were high, my HDL was low, and nothing I was doing was improving them.

Over the past year, I have seen and felt many changes. My joints no longer hurt. My back, arms, face, shoulders, thighs, hips, & stomach all appear to be leaner and more toned than a year ago. Mood swings and brain fog are a thing of the past. What few Peri-menopausal symptoms I had have diminished and the undiagnosed arthritis symptoms are nearly undetectable. Plus, I weigh less. We don’t have a scale, so I’m not sure how much I’ve lost. My clothes are certainly getting looser.

My endurance is great 😈 and I’ve gained muscle. Typically, I eat two meals a day and can now fast 20-24 hours some days. My teeth/gum health is stable, while cholesterol and gallbladder health have improved. I can even sleep 7 hours or more!

Asthma is my only health concern. I’d like to get off the albuteral.
